Racer black shiny rain pants (outside the boot)

Mud or rain pants made of latex vinyl shiny material for those wet racing days. The material is doubled in the seat and leg for durability. Leg has zipper at bottom of pants and Velcro’s for easy dressing over your boots. The pant has an elastic pant clip to prevent the leg from riding up while you are in the saddle and has a Velcro closure at the waist to ensure a snug fit under your vest
